NEW ZEALAND - FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER $80 (Excludes rural and Waiheke Island Deliveries)
We endeavour to dispatch all orders received by 12pm on the same day, but please note that shipment times are estimates and we do ask for your patience during busy periods, including sale. Please expect delivery 2-4 days. We will send you an initial email confirming the receipt of your order, then a further email confirming despatch, please refer to these for further information on the shipment of your order.
DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery is free for orders over $80, excluding delivery to Waiheke Island and rural areas.
- Nationwide delivery fee for orders under $80 (excluding rural delivery and Waiheke Island) - $12
- Nationwide delivery fee for orders over $80 (excluding rural delivery and Waiheke Island) is free.
- Rural delivery fee for orders under $80 to rural areas (excluding Waiheke Island) - $15
- Rural delivery fee for orders over $80 (excluding Waiheke Island) - $9.50
- Waiheke island delivery fee for orders under $80 - $34.50
- Waiheke island delivery fee for orders over $80 - $27
- Delivery to Australia is $38 NZD
All delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout after filling out delivery address details, and before payment is made.
Our courier company requires a signature to deliver the goods at residential and business addresses throughout New Zealand.
Please note we do not deliver to a PO Box address.
FREE GIFT WRAPPING
Please request our free gift wrapping service at the checkout by writing a note in the requests field or by using the Gift Wrap Button. You can also request a hand written note to be included with your gift. Please enter your special message to be written in the space provided at the checkout (prior to authorising payment for your purchase). We guarantee each delivery from Bello will arrive beautifully presented with our meticulous attention to detail and care.
Please note we do not provide gift wrapping during Bello sale week.
FRAGILE ITEMS
In some circumstance we may need to contact you regarding how best to ship fragile items so please ensure to include your daytime contact phone number.
Please note we do not have a fragile courier service. Whilst we ensure to package items as safely and securely as possible we do not take any responsibility for damage during transit.
AUSTRALIA

We will send you an initial email confirming the receipt of your order, then a further email confirming despatch, please refer to these for further information on the shipment of your order.
Shipping to Australia incurs a flat rate fee of $38, other items have additional shipping charges of $5 per kg after 2kg for heavier vases, and glass stools are $380 shipping as a crate is required. Shipping glass stools also includes insurance.
