NEW ZEALAND - FREE DELIVERY FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $100

We endeavour to dispatch all orders received by 12pm on the same day, but please note that shipment times are estimates and we do ask for your patience during busy periods. Please expect delivery 2-4 days. We will send you an initial email confirming the receipt of your order, then a further email confirming despatch, please refer to these for further information on the shipment of your order. 

FREE DELIVERY

We offer free shipping within New Zealand (excluding Waiheke Island) for all orders over $100.00. All orders under $100.00 attract at flat-fee of $12 (for nationwide delivery). Rural addresses attract and additional $7.50 fee. The online check-out will automatically calculate the correct rate.

Unfortunately, we have recently been forced to charge for Courier delivery to Waiheke Island, at a rate of $20 for orders under $100. Please select this option at the check-out if applicable. 

Our courier company requires a signature to deliver the goods at residential and business addresses throughout New Zealand.

Please note we do not deliver to a PO Box address.

  

FREE GIFT WRAPPING

Please request our free gift wrapping service at the checkout by writing a note in the requests field. You can also request a hand written note to be included with your gift. Please enter your special message to be written in the space provided at the checkout (prior to authorising payment for your purchase).  We guarantee each delivery from Bello will arrive beautifully presented with our meticulous attention to detail and care. 

FRAGILE ITEMS

In some circumstance we may need to contact you regarding how best to ship fragile items so please ensure to include your daytime contact phone number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this stage we do not offer international shipping through our website however please contact us directly and we will let you know if this is possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange or return an item please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product explaining the reason and we'll be happy to exchange or issue a credit. Please note all items must be returned in an unused condition and the customer is responsible for shipping costs. For any damaged items due to shipping please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will happily arrange for new products to be shipped to you asap or if we can not provide the same item we will issue a store credit.
