UPDATE TO LOYALTY PROGRAMME October 2021:

We have updated the terms and conditions of our loyalty programme: 

For every 500 points already accrued as an existing member of our loyalty programme you receive a $25 Voucher.

Terms: Spend over $150 to receive $25 off your purchase.

 

If you have signed up in store you still need to create an online account with a password to access your loyalty account - please use the same email address that you signed up with in store.

Some restrictions apply:

  • Loyalty Vouchers may only be used by the individual Bello Rewards account holder who has earned the Bello Rewards Points through their online shopping history.
  • Discount codes cannot be transferred, shared, redeemed for cash, swapped or misused.
  • Expiry: Points expire by the 22nd of April 2022.
  • Bello reserves the right to cancel orders made with the fraudulent use of coupon codes, and terminate the account of any member conducting such activity.
  • Bello reserves the discretionary right to exclude certain products from earning Bello Rewards Points at any time, or apply Double Points or Bonus Points to products and will endeavour to inform all programme members by way of marketing email to the registered email address.
  • Members of the Bello Rewards programme are protected by the Bello Privacy Policy.
  • Bello Rewards Points do not accumulate on shipping, handling, delivery fees or gift vouchers.

BELLO LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

UPDATE TO LOYALTY PROGRAMME OCTOBER 2021:

The terms and conditions of our loyalty programme have changed:

  1. The Terms and Conditions set out in this document concern the operation of Bello Traders Ltd Loyalty Rewards Program, the use of the loyalty program and any promotional activity and loyalty transactions that arise as a consequence of the loyalty Program.
  2. Individuals who join the Bello Loyalty Program agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time, without notification, by Bello Traders Ltd at its absolute discretion. A modification to the Terms and Conditions may be applied to a Loyalty Member retrospectively (at Bello Traders discretion).
  4. Bello is not liable or responsible for any email communication to any member that is misdirected, lost or not received.
  5. Bello is not liable or responsible for any Technical Issues that may cause damage to any computer related to or used in connection with the loyalty program.
  6. Bello may collect personal information from members for the purpose of facilitating the loyalty Program.  Personal information will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy of Bello. See policy terms: https://www.bello.co.nz/pages/terms-of-trade
  7. At its absolute discretion, Bello reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Loyalty Program or any aspect of it at any time and without notice.
  8. Expiry: Points will expire on the 22nd of April 2022.
  9. Bello will not be liable for any tax liability incurred by a loyalty member in connection with the Loyalty Program, including any that may be incurred in relation to the provision and/or utilisation of Rewards.
  10. These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any additional conditions associated with Rewards.
  11. Bello’s decision in relation to all matters arising in relation to the Loyalty Program is final and binding.
  12. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to contravene any applicable law.  To the extent that any provision in these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, it is to be read down so as to be valid and enforceable, and otherwise must be severed to the extent of the invalidity or unenforceability, without affecting the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
  13. During the Bello sale customers are not permitted to redeem loyalty vouchers during this sale week.
